We Sree Hanumaan Crackers, kindly ask you to review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. By accessing and using our online website, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms. All the products contained in this website is offered without any warranty and the use of material is completely own discretion. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

Minimum Order Value for Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry & Bengaluru is Rs. 1500/- and for other states, the minimum order value is Rs. 6000/-

Door Delivery is not available package will be shipped to the customer’s nearest Lorry transport office location. The customer has to collect their package from the Transporter’s office.

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to cancel the orders. You have the right to cancel your order before processed. Once the order is processed and packed for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order(s).

During the festive period, some products may be out of stock, so we may replace them with a similar product at a similar rate. Sometimes, unfortunately, there may be chances for a refund or non-delivery. In such cases refund will be made within 7-10 Working days.

COD (Cash On Delivery) is not available. Your order will be processed once we receive your payment.

Shipping charges are based on shipment weight and delivery location, and are to be paid by the customer to the transport at the time of delivery.

We will close our bookings by 15th October 2025. Kindly book your orders at the earliest to avoid a last-minute rush. Sometimes transporters will not bring your parcel before Diwali.

Please also note that if at all any of our products become unavailable, either similar product from different brand or alternate product / products either for the same value or above the value will be provided.

Orders and Payments

As per the 2018 Supreme Court order, online sale of firecrackers is not permitted! We value our customers and at the same time, respect jurisdiction. We request you to add your products to the cart and submit the required crackers through the enquiry button. We will contact you within 24 hours and confirm the order through WhatsApp or a phone call.

Please add and submit your enquiries and enjoy your Diwali with Getmykrackers. Getmykrackers as a company following 100% legal & statutory compliances and all our shops, go-downs are maintained as per the explosive acts. We send the parcels through registered and legal transport service providers as like every other major company in Sivakasi is doing so.

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Getmykrackers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Upon placing an order on our website, our staff or representative will either call or WhatsApp you and confirm it with you.

Payments for orders must be made by bank transfer or UPI transaction upon confirmation of the order by our staff or representatives.

Returns and Refunds

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Products cannot be returned or cancelled once the payment is done or delivered at your place.

If you receive a damaged pack or items are missing from the pack, please contact us within 2 days. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Damage caused on the pack during transportation, we will not be accounted responsible.
